I paid but don't have access on my other device.
Open the app, go to the paywall and tap Restore Purchases. Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple ID you used to buy.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are managed by Apple: on your iPhone open Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions → WattPrep and cancel there. Cancel at least 24 hours before renewal. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
How do I get a refund?
Refunds are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com. We can't issue refunds directly.
Is my study data private?
Yes. Everything stays on your iPhone — no account, no analytics, no tracking. See our Privacy Policy.
Which exam does WattPrep cover?
The Texas journeyman electrician exam, aligned to the 2023 NEC. The material is original study content — not real exam questions.
